Lose Weight - Stress & Fears - Relationship issues
Self-Confidence - Behavioral Change - Become Happier and more.
Many of our daily reactions, habits, and emotional patterns are shaped by out subconscious, quietly running in the background, in autopilot. That’s where hypnosis comes in. In this focused, relaxed state, similar to meditation, but with a direct intention, where your mind becomes more open and responsive to positive change.
In this state, you can shift patterns like self-sabotage, stress, or self-doubt faster than you might expect. It’s not about being asleep or unaware—on the contrary, you're highly tuned in. When guided correctly, hypnosis helps you tap into a deeper part of yourself, where meaningful transformation begins.

If not now, when?
Hypnosis is a very powerful state of focused attention, where Your subconscious mind becomes more receptive to suggestion (also known as heightened suggestibility) and change. This state is similar to being completely absorbed in a book, a movie, or daydreaming.
Hypnosis allows you to access your center of power and inner wisdom, and to look more deeply to resolve anything that is holding you back, promoting natural healing from within.
Healing with the use of Hypnosis is completely natural and safe and there are no harmful side effects. When used by a professionally trained and skilled hypnotist, the benefits are long lasting and often permanent.
Yes — absolutely. Hypnosis is just as effective online as it is in person. In fact, since the world shifted during COVID, I’ve been specifically trained to deliver high-quality, professional hypnosis sessions virtually, with great results.
Once we’ve discussed your goals and what needs to happen to achieve them, the actual hypnosis work is done with your eyes closed. That means it doesn’t matter whether you're in my office or in the comfort of your own home — your subconscious mind responds the same way.
Many clients even find that being in their familiar space helps them relax more deeply, which can enhance the process. As long as you have a quiet place, a stable internet connection, and a comfortable chair or couch, we can do powerful, transformative work — no matter where you are in the world.
Yes.
Hypnosis is a natural and safe state. You wouldn't believe how many times you have been in a hypnotic state. Have you ever been behind the wheel, fully alert and driving safely, while also absorbed in thoughts, perhaps even 'daydreaming', only to find that you have reached your destination without making conscious decisions about the route?
Have you ever watched a movie so good, or or been so immersed in a good book, that you found yourself fully absorbed in the story and responding to the emotions of the characters as if they were real? This kind of suspension of disbelief is on some level happening all the time. These are essentially hypnotic states.
If hypnosis were unsafe, you'd hear about the harmful effects it has on people in the news or on social media. However, no one has ever been harmed by entering into a hypnotic state.
Hypnosis has a long history of clinical application, recognized by the British Medical Association in 1955 and the American Medical Association in 1958. It has been successfully used to address a wide range of conditions, including things like weight loss, cessation of smoking, patient preparation for surgery, reduction of allergic reactions, management of irritable bowel syndrome, overcoming limiting fears, improving sleep, managing and reducing stress, change of habits, and more. Many medical professionals refer patients to hypnosis professionals as a complementary treatment option, recognizing the potential benefits of this non-invasive approach.
No.
You will only reveal what you are comfortable sharing. You are in control at all times during hypnosis sessions, and will have the ability to leave, deepen, or lighten the experience. In fact, you are better able to choose your words under hypnosis because you’re more relaxed and less influenced by the conscious mind.
No.
You are always in control during hypnosis.
If a hypnotist were to suggest something wrong or strange, you would naturally come out of the hypnotic state immediately. And if they suggest something you simply don’t agree with, it won’t work on you at all. Hypnosis is not about losing control; rather, it’s a process of helping you gain control over areas of your life that may have felt out of reach before.
Hypnosis is a state of heightened suggestibility, so it doesn’t have a specific feeling on its own.
The sensation you experience will be the one I suggest, which is usually a state of comfort and relaxation, where your mind and body are pleasantly at ease, as if you’re in a mental spa. You’re not asleep; your senses are alert, and your mind will remain active and aware. You’ll hear everything I say and remember it as you would do with any normal conversation.
Hypnosis doesn’t limit your mental capabilities—you can talk, open your eyes, move, ask questions, laugh, or even cry.
In the way I work, you may feel a deep sensation of relaxation at times, as if you’re sinking into the chair or bed. Your body might feel heavier and pleasantly warm, and at other times, light and free. Regardless of how deeply you’re in hypnosis, your mind may wander, and there may be internal dialogue—that’s normal. My role is to ensure you’re at the right level to achieve your desired results.
There’s no specific ‘hypnotized’ feeling, and there’s no right or wrong experience, but nearly everyone finds it pleasant, relaxing, and powerful. Contrary to the depiction in movies and television, hypnosis is not about a loss of control or consciousness; rather, it’s a process of regaining control over those aspects of life that often feel out of our hands, such as certain habits, impressions, feelings, and behaviors.
I’ve never had a client who didn’t reach the ideal hypnotic state for effective work.
In the past, there was a misconception that only a small percentage of people could be hypnotized. However, it was later understood that this was often due to a lack of training, understanding, and appropriate techniques on the part of the hypnotist.
Anyone with normal intelligence, the ability to follow simple instructions, and a willingness to participate can experience hypnosis successfully, and get the benefits.
No.
This idea only exists in movies. The worst that could happen is that you might fall asleep, and if that happens, you’d simply wake up naturally, as if from a nap. The person guiding you ensures that you remain in the ideal state throughout the session.
Therapy works predominantly with the conscious mind, focusing on understanding emotions, thoughts, and behaviors through dialogue, reflection, and analysis. It often involves exploring past experiences, relationships and thought patterns to gain self-awareness and coping skills.
Hypnotists (also known as hypnotherapists) don't do talk therapy. We work directly with the subconscious mind, that part of us that we are unaware of but that is in charge of most of our reality.
I specialize in removing blocks at the subconscious level and programming yourself to create new habits or automatic behaviors rooted in the subconscious that will lead you toward your goals.
When a belief is held in the subconscious mind it can be incredibly difficult to change on a conscious level. I work to remove those limiting beliefs or fears at a subconscious level bringing those beliefs in line and that can create very rapid and lasting changes.
